The beginning of November has been very dynamic for #thelalizasforce, since more than 70 team members from all over the world came together on Aegina island on the occasion of the LALIZAS Branches Synergy Summit 2023.

The Synergy Summit lasted for a whole week, starting with a Welcome Reception under the
sunset of Aegina, and continued with a number of key presentations and workshops.

Throughout the Summit, LALIZAS’ dedicated teams from various branches came together,
fostering a spirit of unity and shared purpose.

This time, #thelalizasforce awarded 2 Branches of the Year that went above and beyond during 2022, working very hard and achieving great performance: LALIZAS Croatia & LALIZAS | Alexander/Ryan Marine’s Safety.

Apart from the above awards, LALIZAS MARINE RSA was rewarded for its operational efficiency.

Additionally, Philip Kleinot received an award of recognition for his 30 years of
cooperation as part of #thelalizasforce, as well as for his contribution to the
development of Alexander/Ryan Marine & Safety, since the company’s integration during 2018.

One of the highlights of this week was the experiential Key Note Speech by DOOR
Training & Consulting and Mr. Daskos about “Accountability for Results”.

Reflecting on the LALIZAS Branches Synergy Summit 2023, we are filled with a profound sense of pride and accomplishment. This gathering proved to be an invaluable opportunity for knowledge exchange, discussions about existing synergies among us as well as future ones.Stavros Lalizas, CEO of LALIZAS
