Opacmare S.p.A., a company in the yacht accessories industry, proudly announces the acquisition of Pin-Craft S.r.l., a company renowned for its expertise and quality within the Italian marine engineering landscape.

This move marks a key strategic step for our Group, driven by five core objectives:

Approaching a center of production excellence: The Viareggio production site where Pin-Craft S.r.l. operates is one of the beating hearts of the Italian nautical industry, internationally known for its nautical innovation, manufacturing quality, and heritage.

Expanding the product portfolio: The acquisition allows us to integrate new solutions and broaden our offering to also include superyacht equipment and handling systems for vessels over 50 meters, further consolidating our presence in the high-end segment. This will enable the Group to meet the needs of boats ranging from 10 to 200 meters.

Offering turnkey solutions: By integrating the skills and infrastructures of Pin-Craft S.r.l., we will be able to provide our clients with fully installed products, optimizing time, costs, and service quality through efficient and customized turnkey solutions.

Enhancing the growth potential of the acquired company: Thanks to our network and support, Pin-Craft S.r.l. will gain access to new markets and significantly increase its revenues, establishing itself as a central player in the international nautical sector.

Optimizing organization and production processes: The integration will generate synergistic benefits across the Group, improving internal efficiency and increasing overall production capacity.

We are convinced that this acquisition will bring value not only to our companies but also to our clients, suppliers, and partners. It is a decision that looks to the future, with the goal of growing together toward excellence, innovation, and sustainability,” said Pietro Sacco, President of Opacmare S.p.A.

The operation and integration process have already begun with full collaboration between the teams of both companies.
