Optimizing organization and production processes: The integration will generate synergistic benefits across the Group, improving internal efficiency and increasing overall production capacity.

We are convinced that this acquisition will bring value not only to our companies but also to our clients, suppliers, and partners. It is a decision that looks to the future, with the goal of growing together toward excellence, innovation, and sustainability,” said Pietro Sacco, President of Opacmare S.p.A.
