Stabilis Electra: the most famous CMC Marine product, the first full electric fin stabilizer for superyachts.

First installed in 2009, covered by patents for the design (2010) and the control software (DIA-LOG, 2012). Every superyacht is different, but the goal is the same: provide the best yacht comfort system on board. Reducing the roll alone is not enough, it’s also important to minimize the acceleration (because it is what makes people uncomfortable and tired). Stabilis Electra’s fast reaction time and smooth operation manage to reduce roll and acceleration like no other system, providing the solution tailored to the yacht’s needs thanks to a wide range of yacht stabilizers.

  • Stabilis Electra HS (High Speed) is the fin stabilizer system for luxury yachts optimized for yacht stabilization. Improvements include a more efficient fin profile, reduced resistance, upgraded electronics for faster performance, and the ability to control integrated systems like steering and intruders alongside the fins.
  • Stabilis Electra LR (Long Range) is the fin stabilizer system especially designed for displacement or semi-displacement yachts, features compact yet powerful actuators, improved performance, and an optimized fin geometry. It supports fins up to 7 sq.m and integrates controls to ensure high stability yacht platform.
