Cambry CzuplakNorthrop & Johnson welcomes Charter Broker Cambry Czuplak to its international team.

Cambry comes to Northrop & Johnson with more than 20 years of yachting industry experience. She is well versed in many aspects of the industry as throughout the years she has held a number of positions from working aboard luxury yachts as a crewmember to her role as US Marketing Manager for Italian builder Sanlorenzo yachts to her position as Account Director for Boat International Media and for financial publication Worth Magazine to her most recent role as a luxury retail charter broker.

Cambry began her career as a charter broker with International Yacht Collection (IYC) before joining Northrop & Johnson in early 2020. Cambry continually attends luxury yacht charter shows, keeps up to date with the latest industry and destination trends and visits luxury yachts around the world to ensure the yachts and their crews are perfectly tailored to her clients’ wishes and personalities.

Half-Panamanian, half-American and fluent in both English and Spanish, Cambry was destined to lead a life of world exploration and wonder. Cambry and her yacht captain husband have traveled with their two children throughout the United States, the Caribbean, Europe and Africa. Aside from travel, Cambry is a foodie who enjoys cooking, practicing yoga, enjoying the arts, watching Formula 1 racing and participating in activities that get her heart rate up.

She is on a continuous path to quench her curious mind and has recently passed her WSET Level 2 award in wines. Cambry is a modern-day explorer with a passion for water destinations. She is honored to share her yachting knowledge with clients to help curate their dream yacht charter vacations and is excited to be a part of the Northrop & Johnson team.
