The second unit of the Benetti Delfino 95’ range, also known as Project BD102 and christened Uriamir, was successfully launched at the yard facilities in Viareggio.
Uriamir is a 28.95-metre displacement yacht in the Classic category, with a fibreglass hull and a carbon fibre superstructure. This model is said to offer exceptional comfort and unbelievably liveable spaces. The exteriors are styled by Giorgio M. Cassetta.
The Delfino 95’ has been designed as an evolution of the Delfino 93’, for a niche market of owners looking for extreme comfort and reliability, combined with the high-quality standards typically found on Benetti yachts. Uriamir features a fast, flowing hull with an exterior and interior that feature extensive glazed surfaces.
The interiors are realized following the owner suggestions by alternating the use of light and dark coloured materials, including various types of marble and tay and tanganika wood in polished and matt versions.
The lower deck is home to four double cabins for guests, two with double beds and two with sliding twin beds. One of the cabins with twin beds has a Pullman bed. The forward area is reserved for the crew and can sleep up to five people.
The main deck stands out for the classic shapes and settings used and the flooring is entirely parquet. The owner’s cabin has two separate wardrobes and double bathrooms, one of which is fitted with a tub and integrated shower. The main lounge, with two huge glazed surfaces on either side that extends over its entire length, contains two clearly defined spaces, the dining area and a lounge furnished with sofas and a retractable ceiling TV. A wide sliding door connects the main lounge with the outdoor area as though they were both parts of the same large space.
The helm station is located on the upper deck, which also contains a panoramic pool in the bow area. An absolute novelty for boats this size is the sundeck, which on Uriamir is furnished with two sofas and a second outdoor helm station to enjoy driving the yacht to the full.
The yacht has a garage that can accommodate a tender up to 4.40-metre long and is powered by two 1,000 hp Man V8 engines, driving it to a top speed of 14.5 knots.
Uriamir will be on display at the Versilia Yachting Rendez-Vous, taking place in Viareggio from May 10th to 13th. The yacht is scheduled for delivery only two days after the end of the show, on May 15th.
